Winter in Warsaw

I recently went to Poland to visit my best friend who is studying there for a few months. There's nothing nicer than a sunny day with blue skys where its icey cold and the air is crisp. I tried to match my clothes with icey and baby blue shades, broken up with pinks and reds. I don't ever feel the need to go black, brown, navy or grey once winter sets in!
It was nice to get in touch with the things that matter again; just having fun with a friend for the sake of fun. College and life was beginning to get a little heavy. Shopping, walks in the park, coffee breaks, make-up, more coffee, good food, hair dos, cocktails-They were a sure way to make sure that I came home feeling de-stressed and ready for the Christmas season :)
My beautiful best friend and I had much fun with a little photo shoot of our own.

20 years here, 20 years gone....

It is 20 years ago today that my biggest icon, Freddie Mercury passed away.

In my own 20years I have discovered and loved all that this man sang and wrote.

I still love you Freddie x

SSSsssshhhhhh......

I like lights. That is all. I didn't mention anything of the C word, it's too early for that! But aren't Dublin light's just wonderful?

Isn't there nothing better than a steaming hot chocolate and sweet cupcake with a friend in a beautiful place?

And don't shop windows become a whole artform of their own at certain times of the year?

Can't wait! ;)

I've been going out a lot lately which is giving me a wonderful opportunity to combine everything I love: clothes, shoes, new bargains (red bag was €3!), friends and dancing! ;)

This little number is one of my proudeset creations-the combined cost of my entire outfit-I kid you not-cost €15. Oh yes, that's right!

Earrings were my mothers...

...top was €4 in Charity Shop...

...skirt was €3 in Penneys...

...heels were €5 in Shoe Rack :)

Night out cost a little more than that though ;)

Fancy Dress...

...so em...I'm a little late with this post....but seeing as Holloween is over and neither of my Halloween costumes were all that sppoky I guess I can share them with you anyway ;)

The Queen of Hearts:
hand made card collar and crown
and I was handing out little red hearts all night!

My other also involved white make up and red lips....
...my trusty Japanese Geisha costume!

The Way I Wore It Lately...

This figure hugging outfit gave me the edge and confidence I needed on a great night out I had with my sister and cousin a few weeks ago. Cat themed with my leopard print heels and feline earrings and I think the red tights give it something sassy! (thanks to Ellen for photographs!)

Dropped into Buckingham Palace 2 weekends ago with my mother and sister. London had a beuatiful sunny day for us and this outfit kept me cool and pretty :)Also, I got the chance to give my new sunglasses a go!

In a rare occassion where our wet, cold Irish weather suprised us all by, well, not being wet and cold but sunny and warm, I got to give this summer look a final outing. I love pastels :)
